Casa Uriarte opened its doors in 2001, located in the center of Barcelona, in the Gran Via street corner Roger de Llúria street, in front of the Ritz Hotel, specializes in the Basoue-Navarre kitchen. It offers an ample supply of great culinaria wealth, with an excellent raw material of gastronomia of the north of Spain.
Our kitchen presents an ample variety of proposals. The meats and the fish do not need, the Asparagus of Navarre, the Peppers of Piquillo, the Piparras of San Sebastián, the String beans of Tolosa, the Laminated Chuleton, the Lamb of Towns roasted to the Furnace of Firewood and the Fish of cut, as well as the Codfish. Her host Montserrat Uriarte, conjugates in full name this Basoue-Catalan mixture that reflected our kitchen supply.
